[edit] Assigned tasks within ClubNix

As with any association we have some tasks which need to be done. This page is here to keep track of who's doing what and how to do it. Goal of this page is to provide openness and to be able to hand over tasks to other persons easily.

[edit] Show up with keys on meetings

  • Currently assigned to: Pim and Thomas.
  • Howto:
    • We need at least one of these members to open the door to the meeting room.

[edit] Write monthly newsletter

  • Currently assigned to: Wesley
  • Howto:
    • Write a small text about next meeting, preferably with some informative links about the subject of the meeting. Format should be plain text.
    • Send it at least one week before the meeting to the person who actually sends it out.

    • Send the email on or before the Wednesday before the meeting.

    • Check meeting dates and update wiki pages if additional information gets available

    • Emails send to clubnix -at- clubnix.net and newsletter -at- clubnix.net will be forwarded to you, read and answer them.

    • Fight forum spam (Delete messages and accounts)
    • Create new sections if needed
    • Do other things you think are needed to improve the forum
